At Sundar Sasta, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 3 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. Products must be returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear or swimwear.
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
    • Gift cards.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

  4. Ship the Package: Use the return shipping label provided by us or a courier service of your choice. Send the package to the following address:

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for exchange must meet the same conditions as the return policy.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges for Different Size or Color

  • Availability: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is not in stock, we will notify you and process a refund.
