At Sundar Sasta, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely across India. Our shipping services are designed to provide you with convenience, reliability, and the best possible experience.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 2-3 business days (available for an additional fee).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Here’s a general guide:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹150 for orders below ₹500; Free for orders above ₹5000.
  • Express Shipping: ₹200 for orders below ₹1000; ₹250 for orders above ₹1000.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can enter your pin code to check the available shipping options for your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the courier service’s tracking page.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within India. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or addresses that are not verifiable by our courier partners.

Order Confirmation and Updates

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We will also send you shipping updates and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Signature Requirement: For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification.
